I've been fishing the spinibarbus over 5 years, spinibarbus is one of the most seen fish in Taiwan rivers, they usually appear at low altitude. You can fish spinibarbus at all seasons, but spring and summer is the best, although the weather over 35 degrees is really suffering for most of the people, but for the fish it's like having ice tea in the water, when the sun is close to the horizon the spinibarbus is most active.
